‘Fitness Tuesdays’ are all about learning the basics of boxing – increasing fitness and getting really sweaty in the process !!
Our class has a friendly but also fanatic atmosphere unlike any normal day to day exercise class. Everyone encourages everyone else and members leave the gym on a massive high and also completely shattered !!
If you are new to boxing then Tuesday sessions are the best starting point. You’ll need to learn the basics and get fit if you want to progress properly. New starters are always looked after as our saying go’s
