MAJESTIC GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Majestic Group Personal Training follows the Strength & Conditioning protocols I use to train athletes. The exercises are programmed to give the most ‘bang for your buck’ and get the most out of your body while being coached through out the session. The group decide what they want to work on mid week via our Majestic messenger group and on Sunday its time to get to work !
On going support with nutrition and training tips are also provided to all members.
These sessions must be booked in advance via email or text message as spaces are limited to 10 people. The session is £8 per person.
